Not pointing any fingers or, hopefully, stepping on anyone's toes, but am I the only one who's bothered when blogger write anniversary posts?
I am, aren't I.
Everyone else out there in the blogohedron loves anniversary posts, don't they. They love being reminded that it's once again that time of year to write to one of the blogs they skim on a semi-daily basis and offer their heartfelt congratulation to a person who's been able to write on a semi-daily basis on the interporns.
I may think differently if it was just a sentence at the end of that day's post saying, "O, BTW, 2-day B mi blogs anniversary. cool." It never is, though. It's always the whole point of the post from the title to the end.
Yuck.

If you regularly wrote in pre-teen code, like you just did, I WOULD go bananas.
I don't mind anniversary posts if they have an actual subject like why they like to blog or why they started. My new blog pet peeve is thinly disguised advertisements or even blatant ones with the tiny disclaimer (claimer?) at the bottom with a link saying they were paid to write that post. Blech.
AE -- OMG, u ly so much. U <3 it. dont b a h8er.
Geewits -- I've been lucky enough to not see any posts like that, thank goodness. It'd be hard to contain those screams of annoyance here at work.
I'll let that slide, but what the hell does 'ly' mean? (I almost miss pop culture ... almost.)
Oh, and BTW, I failed at your request. To gather such I would have had to climb a volcano to nigh the highest point atop the island but couldn't because of stupid work. ..Stupid work, stop me from doing cool, weird things; I'll show you!...
"ly" = l+y = lie.
It's a stupid, stupid world out there.
