Done.

I finished the new Wheel of Time last night. Those people who were saying that it was like reading the first books again haven't read the first books. Except for the fact that it ties up four (by my count) story lines and it confirms a theory I've had for the past -- uh, when did Rand form the Black Tower -- way too many books, it was pretty much like the last four. That means that almost nothing happens and the wait for the end seems even farther away.

I thought Taim built the black tower. THen again, when I started the new book, just about everything was a fog. My memory felt rather abused by this experience.

Rand started it then Taim came and Rand pretty much handed control over to him.

I'm not much of a fog on these books because I've read the first 6 three times and then 7-10 twice. It's insane, but when I don't want to buy new books I have to find something to read. And there's the companion book with lots of pictures and maps and histories, which I've read twice as well.
