Once was lost and still ain't found.
I am pretty forgiving about art, but those placemats are really a stretch.
What makes them even worse is the fact that they aren't allowed to be cleaned by the maintenance staff because it's all owned by the artist. Some of the tubes are fuzzy on top. A little rain and plants might start growing.
Geez, I wonder how much they paid for those things.
From what I heard, nothing. The "art" is being loaned to the building by the artist. It's been on loan to the building for over twenty years.
Don't you work for some sort of government bureaucracy? Then the art is perfect: Ladders to nowhere.
That's a depressing thought.
