He's a puppet man for a polical and financial elite.
If funds hould be cut, it should be to those who need to make the decision. They'd get off their summer vacation butts and get that budget settled REAL fast!

Dumb question:
As a civil servant will the governator take a pay cut to minimum wage?
Nope, he's exempted certain classifications of people including himself, the legislature, and various cronies.
Of course he has... Ain't that always the case.
