Yeah, I know where he was and, generally, what he was doing, but "embers were stirred" could mean a lot. I'm hoping they were good, happy, creative embers...
Why can't they just be ordinary embers in a dying bonfire on the breezy beaches of SF?Okay, they were happy, creative embers. I'll be writing more about them next week, after my little pile of embers is smoking.
