I'm seriously considering getting a BitPass. I'll admit that it's mostly so I can read Scott McCloud's The Right Number, but there's more. There are more comics that require a BitPass and some animation/films, that I'm extremely interested in. I remember Scott Kurtz praising The Makeshift Miracle and it's only $.99 for 172 pages.
Maybe I could find all of these things for free, but there seems to be a good reason to pay these people. I want to support their work and prove that this micropayment thing can be useful, but I don't know.
So, what do you think about me getting a BitPass? Is it a good or bad idea?
